We have 2 Lake District Cottages both located in the heart of Windermere.
Old Codgers Cottage is one of the nicest Holiday Cottages in The Lake District with all modern comforts without spoiling its traditional appeal.
Granary Nook is our second Lake District Cottage is now available for summer season both cottages are non smoking
Our Cottages are true Traditional Lake District Cottages.They were built around 1850 and are ideally located in the heart of Windermere in the Lake District national park. Our windermere holiday cottages are located just a few metres from shops, bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the Windermere train station.

Situated in a cul-de-sac, Our holiday Cottage is ideally placed for easy access to the centre of Windermere and only a short walk from the railway station.It is situated in a pleasant residential area of Windermere, close to various public houses selling traditional ales which are popular with locals and holidaymakers alike.It is also situated conveniently for all the attractions of a Holiday in the Lake District National Park.
