Our self catering holiday home covers 2 floors and is conveniently located in the village of Windermere, We have tried to provide as much information as we can, if you have any queries please do no hesitate to call. We look forward to welcoming you. |

The nearest bus stop is located approx 50 metres from the cottage,
the nearest train station (Windermere ) is located approx 0.5 miles and there are accessible taxis at the station,
We can arrange for information in large print if required.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
There is on street parking outside of the property with the use of a visitors permit.
Main Entrance & Reception
The entrance at the front has one step- 14cm high, the door is hinged to the left, the height to the door lock is 1.1 metres and the width of the door is 82cm
Public Areas - General (Internal)
The entrance leads into the lounge, from the lounge go through the doorway 80cm wide into a small hallway and there the stairway is located to the first floor. Height of each stair is 20cm and depth of 24cm .There are 11 steps to the landing where there is one further step to each of the bedrooms and bathroom. The width of the stairway is 76cm with the handrail to the left.
Outdoor Facilities
Small garden with patio table and 4 chairs, flooring is loose slate accessed by step 15cm high from kitchen width restriction to back door 57cm.
